Starting my design career in a program management role, I learned early on that the focus should always be on the users. Deeply understanding users via every possible feedback method, building empathy to identify the delighters and pain points of their journeys, and ultimately leading a great team designing and delivering digital experiences that users love - that's my passion for design.
