dESIGN transformation

Project:  Create a one-stop-shop for all employee Compliance obligations

Role:  UX team leader, Service Designer, UX visual designer

Approach:  Built in-house, leveraging an Agile methodology, planned first roll out in 12 weeks, incorporating stakeholder and user feedback into design and functionality

Key Considerations:  A North Star to fundamentally change the model of employee education and Compliance

Results:  A portal application (called ‘iComply’) that consolidates existing systems with a consistent user interface, aggregates tasks and actions, and provides simplified Compliance information tailored to employee profiles, making it significantly easier to meet Compliance obligations
